Hopewind to Showcase Innovative PV and ESS Solutions at Intersolar South America 2024

Hopewind, a global leader in renewable energy solutions, is thrilled to announce its new product launch in Intersolar South America 2024, the premier hub for innovation in the renewable energy landscape in LATAM that brings together top players in the PV sector worldwide.

Hopewind is unveiling its groundbreaking 150kW C&I string inverter and a 75kW version tailored for Brazil. These inverters ensure safety with AC & DC temperature detection, ML-RSD, and AFCI. They feature Export Power Management for grid compliance and I-V curve scanning for quick fault positioning. Cost efficiency is boosted by Power Line Communication (PLC), reducing installation complexity. The 75kW inverter is specifically designed for Brazil's 220V and 380V three-phase grids, automatically detecting and adjusting power output for easy commissioning.

In addition to these advanced PV inverters, Hopewind’s latest 250kW string-type Energy Storage PCS will also make its debut in Brazil. Featuring IP66 protection and C5 anti-corrosion for durability, its modular design allows independent battery rack management, preventing single points of failure and enabling flexible, scalable solutions. The grid-forming feature supports power grid and micro-grid integration, making it ideal for modern energy systems.

Recognized as a Tier-one inverter maker by BloombergNEF, Hopewind offers all-scenario PV solutions that cater to residential, C&I and utility applications, and will present all at the exhibition. Notably the acclaimed 330kW utility string inverter, renowned as the most powerful string inverter on the market with the maximum output power of 385kW is also on the list.

Hopewind stood out as the only Chinese finalist for this year’s Smarter E Award in the Photovoltaics category at Intersolar Europe with this 330kW utility string inverter.

Already widely used, including in the 2GW Kubuqi project with over 5,600 units, it features excellent heat dissipation, an IP66 enclosure, and adaptability to SCR weak grids, making it ideal for high-temperature and arid environments, ensuring reliable operation with no derating at up to 45°C, thus boosting system yields.

“We are truly excited to be back at Intersolar South America again this year. Brazil has always been a significant part of our global expansion. Besides building a local service center with experienced experts that ready to offer timely and efficient support, we have also been dedicating to developing customized products to the Brazil PV market. In the future, we look forward to partnering with more customers and bringing more of our quality products to Brazil,” said Sara Wang, vice president at Hopewind.

Hopewind's booth will be located at B1.79 at the exhibition venue, promising more exciting on-site events.
